CFC Wins 2016 NAILBA Grant

In a time when competition for grant money is fierce, the NAILBA Charitable Foundation is dedicated to providing funds to small, well-run charities in neighborhoods that may not otherwise have access to additional funding. This year’s grant winners included Caruso Family Charities, the recipient of a $20,000 award. Caruso Family Charities founder Jerry Caruso said, “With a growing caseload of families in need of help while their children are gravely ill, we are extremely grateful to NAILBA for this grant award and for all the wonderful work they do to support children’s charities in Colorado.”

The NAILBA Charitable Foundation is the philanthropic arm of NAILBA, the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies. Since 2002, Foundation grants have helped charitable organizations in the communities in which NAILBA members live and work, and ultimately achieve its mission of making dreams come true for those less fortunate.

The NAILBA Charitable Foundation encourages volunteerism among NAILBA members and provides grant funds to worthy charitable organizations that serve to enhance the quality of life for those less fortunate, with a special emphasis on children. Every charitable organization applying for grant funding must be sponsored by a NAILBA member agency. View a list of the 2015 Grant Recipients here, read more about some of the previous grant recipients here Grant Funding in Action or view a list of Previous Grant Recipients.
